1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Reiki Crystal ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website located at reikicrystalassam.com you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payments & Payment Gateway

We use third-party payment processors (including Razorpay) to process payments on our site. By placing an order, you authorize us to share necessary personal and payment-related information with our payment processors for the purpose of completing the transaction, fraud prevention, tax compliance, refunds and chargebacks, and for any lawful purpose connected with payment processing.

Note: We do not collect or store raw card PANs, CVV codes, or other sensitive cardholder data on our servers; payment data is processed by the payment gateway. Always use the hosted checkout or tokenization provided by Razorpay or other approved payment methods to remain PCI-compliant.

You agree to comply with the payment gateway's (Razorpay's) terms and requirements where applicable.

3. Orders, Pricing & Refunds

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown on the site are in the currency displayed and include applicable taxes where stated. Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy (see section below). If a refund is processed via the payment gateway, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise communicated.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Refund/Cancellation policy is available at /refund-policy.html (or the section below). Refunds may require verification and processing time depending on the payment method and the payment gateway's settlement cycle.

5. Taxes & Compliance

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to purchases you make on the Site. We may collect or report information to comply with tax and regulatory requirements (including KYC) applicable to our business or required by our payment processors.

6. Security & PCI

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information. For payment security we rely on our payment processor (for example Razorpay) which implements applicable industry standards, including PCI-DSS compliance for card processing. You should not transmit any payment card details to us directly if we have provided a secure hosted payment page or tokenization option. We are not responsible for security vulnerabilities introduced by external payment pages or browser plugins that you may use.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share personal data with service providers who support our business operations (payment processors, fraud prevention vendors, shipping providers, analytics providers, and professional advisors). We may also disclose personal data if required by law, for legal process, to respond to lawful requests by public authorities, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Reiki Crystal, our customers, or others.

8. Webhooks & Callbacks

If you are a merchant integrating with our services, note we (or our processors) may use webhooks to notify us of payment events. We validate webhook signatures and follow secure practices for webhook processing. You should never rely solely on client-side notifications for payment confirmation.

9. Buyer Obligations

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. You agree to promptly provide any additional information reasonably requested to complete the transaction or meet compliance requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, design and other materials on the site are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use such intellectual property without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from use of the site or any payments processed via third parties.

12. Dispute Resolution
