Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Reiki Crystal, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations may be granted.
2. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (crystals, wellness and spiritual items), returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered, except in the case of:
- Defective or damaged items received.
- Wrong product delivered compared to your order confirmation.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after returned products are inspected and approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If your payment was made via Razorpay or another payment gateway, the refund will be processed according to the gateway’s policies.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not already been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order ID.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Digital products, e-books, or downloadable content.
